RTC offers the complete selection of USP traceable melting point standards for use in determining melting point range and temperature. These standards are qualified according to the Unites States Pharmacopeia general chapter <741>. These standards are part of the RT Pharma PRS product line and are ISO Guide 34 certified reference materials qualified by RTC's ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory.
These melting point standards can also be utilized in melting point determination according to the European Pharmacopoeia (EP) 2.2.14, 2.2.15, 2.2.16, and 2.2.60.
A certificate of analysis is included with each standard that shows traceability to the corresponding USP Melting Point Standard. Both the certified melting range and melting point are provided on the certificate of analysis.
