This PT sample is packaged as a 1.5 mL concentrate.

The solvent for this sample is methanol.

The PT sample is not preserved.

The sample must be stored at 4ºC.

Analyte concentration range 1 to 200 ug/L.

Fill a 1000 mL Class A Volumetric Flask to volume with organic free reagent water.

Allow the ampule concentrate to equilibrate to room temperature.

Open ampule PEO-254 and withdraw 1 mL of the solution.

Inject the concentrate into the expanded area of the flask well below the surface of the water.

Stopper the flask and mix by gentle inversion 3 times. Excessive mixing will result in loss of volatiles and should be avoided.

This represents the sample for analysis.

Report results in µg/L.
